American Express Application
To access the American Express Application, click on the link below. The application may now be completed and approved electronically. After the application is completed, it will be forwarded to the Department Authorized Account Signer you indicate on your application. Once approved by the Department/Unit Authorizer, your application will be forwarded to the MSU Program Administrator (PA).
