Foreign and OCONUS M&IE Allocations
Maximum rates of per diem allowances for travel in foreign areas are established by the Secretary of State. The per diem rates for non-foreign, non-contiguous U.S. areas or OCONUS are established by the U.S. Department of Defense. These rates apply to all U.S. Government employees and contractors.
