We are pleased to announce that over 90% of campus is now live in Concur! Thank you for your support as we continue to transition the entire university into the new system.

Also, thank you to the over 1500 faculty and staff who have already attended Concur User Training! We will be continuing to offer these classes throughout the month and encourage you to attend if you have not already.

Starting this month, the Travel@State Project team has added a new shorter class to our list of our available trainings: Group & Guest Travel.

Group & Guest Travel is a 90-minute class focusing strictly on the nuances of travel for individuals who fall into these categories. We encourage you to bring your specific questions and scenarios with you for discussion. Prerequisite for this class is attendance at or viewing of the half-day Concur User Training session.

Busy faculty and staff who are unable to attend the full half-day training are invited to the first hour of Concur User Training so that they can set up their Concur Profiles and Electronic Receipt functionality. Our knowledgeable team will provide a hands-on walkthrough of topics such as setting up your profile, receipt management, delegates/arrangers, mobile apps, and more. Be sure to register for Concur User Training here.

Concur Open Labs are available for employees to receive hands-on assistance in Concur. Bring your questions and challenges so that team members can work one-on-one with you to answer them.

Booking Travel Online Classes are offered monthly by Conlin Travel experts to teach MSU employees how to use the Concur booking platform. Registration is available through EBS.

To view available times and register for any of the above courses, please visit the Travel Classes page.

The Reference Guides page is a useful resource for all things related to Concur Travel, Request, Expense, and more. We encourage you to utilize these guides and videos as you learn to navigate the new system.

Please continue to direct all Concur related questions not answered in the Reference Guides page to Our team is working diligently to provide assistance in a timely manner and appreciates your continued patience.
