Refund Information

• Refunds are generally processed generally once or twice per week for all eligible students during a 2 week period beginning the week before the start of classes and processed on a weekly basis thereafter.
• Direct Deposit of refunds can be deposited into any U.S. checking or savings account of the student’s choice.
• Refund checks are mailed to the student’s current mailing address.

Go online to your student account in SIS - Select the Student Accounts tile, click on “Go to My Account”, then “My Account”, then "Direct Deposit Refunds”.

Fall Semester – 2022

Refunds of excess financial aid will begin to be processed August 23.

Spring Semester – 2023

Refunds of excess financial aid will begin to be processed by the end of the 1st week in January.

Summer Semester – 2023

Refunds of excess financial aid will begin to be processed by the end of the week prior to the start of full session and first session classes. For all other summer sessions, refunds will begin to be processed approximately 5 days before the start of your 1st class.
