Why is MSU requiring the statement?
The Statement of Financial Responsibility provides relevant information about MSU’s official institutional policies, provides important consumer information about electronic billing, holds, late fees, etc. and affirms a student’s understanding of financial obligations to MSU.
How often must a student accept the statement?
It will be presented once to each student and will cover all periods of enrollment.
Do other institutions do this?

My parents pay my tuition. Can they accept the statement?
